CSA is short for Community Supported Agriculture. Our CSA program helps create a closer relationship between the local farmer (like us) and customers (like you). This type of farming is a subscription based method, where customers (members) purchase a "share" of the upcoming harvest before the actual season begins. This allows the farm to purchase seeds and supplies, make needed farm improvements, and plan ahead for the upcoming production.
We offer a wide variety of CSA shares each season, allowing you to choose the best fit for your family and household depending on your vegetable needs, cooking style and family size. From small share options, regular full box shares, a KT-Farms CSA is a great way to explore your palette and to discover the many different seasonal tastes of the BitterRoot Valley.
Membership in a CSA allows you to share in the bounty of the harvest's, and also share in the failures. As a member of the farm, the farm can't control the weather, a severe drought, hail storm, or freak snow storm can cause a crop failure that was designed to go into your basket, the farm tries to compensate for unforeseen failures by planting other crops, this way you can still receive vegetables.

CSA Boxes are scheduled to start May 22nd to June 1st and run thru September, and maybe a bit into October, this also may be delayed to weather and growing conditions, if we postpone the beginning of the CSA Season we try to add on to the end, extending as long as we can.
Mother nature is the final determining factor of the beginning and end of our CSA/growing seasons.
CSA Enrollment is now available and will run until all slots are full or April 20th!
All shares need to be paid in full by April 20th.
